I haven't received my order, where is it?
We try to keep you as up-to-date as possible on your order. We send an email order confirmation to say we have received it, we tell you when your order has been allocated to a store for processing, and we let you know if we have to order stock in or if an item is on backorder. Most importantly, when your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
So, first thing's first - check your inbox as there's a good chance we have emailed you a status update on your order. If you'd prefer to get in touch, use the email or form above.
Do you have any stores?
We sure do. We have 5 stores in NSW in McGraths Hill, Smithfield, Liverpool, Rutherford, and Port Macquarie. Over the next few months we'll be opening stores in other states too.
