Tools Warehouse uses various Australian shipping carriers including Australia Post for the delivery of all orders within Australia. Most parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Once payment has been processed, orders will be dispatched within approximately 1-5 business days depending on the product stock status (further details below).
Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office or courier collection point will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for the order.
Estimated Shipping Fees:
The shipping fees shown on the product page are an estimate only. Final shipping fees will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you.
We deliver to PO Boxes. However, any orders over 20kg cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Any orders over 20kg or 50cm cubic volume/weight will require a freight quote and may incur additional charges. Once the order has been placed, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone to give an accurate freight cost.
All orders will include a tracking number via email. Customers are expected to receive the tracking number on the day the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Please refer to the courier company website and enter the tracking details to calculate an estimate delivery timeframe. We dispatch orders from our warehouse located at Smithfield NSW 2164 or Liverpool NSW 2170.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however, the Dispatch times for orders will vary depending on the stock status of the product on the product page, either recorded as “IN STOCK” or “STOCK AVAILABLE”.
- IN STOCK: This status confirms the product is in stock and the order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days
- STOCK AVAILABLE: This status confirms the product is subject to availability at the supplier warehouse. Customers will be notified of the estimated dispatch time of 3-5 days. If the product is on back order or discontinued at the supplier, then the customer will be notified within 1-2 business days.
Partial deliveries of orders may be made if an item is on back order, however the customer will be contacted within 1-2 business days if such a situation occurs.
During busy periods, such as Christmas or Sale events, there may be a delay in processing your order.
Any estimated delivery times provided are based off information from the courier company. Any delays due the courier company are outside of our control and will need to be followed up with the courier company.
