Tools Warehouse uses various Australian shipping carriers including Australia Post for the delivery of all orders within Australia. Most parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Once payment has been processed, orders will be dispatched within approximately 3-10 business days.
Customers must provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm on weekdays to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office or courier collection point will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for the order.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however, the Dispatch times for orders will vary depending on the stock status of the products across our distribution warehouses.
Customers will be provided with an estimated dispatch time-frame within 1-2 business days of placing their order.
Partial deliveries of orders may be made if an item is on back order, however the customer will be contacted within 1-2 business days if such a situation occurs.
During busy periods, such as Christmas, EOFY, Sale events, Public holidays and/or Pandemics there may be a delay in processing your order.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
- Metro - NSW, VIC & SA: 1-4 business days after dispatch
- Non Metro - NSW, VIC & SA: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Metro - QLD, TAS & WA: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Non Metro - QLD, TAS & WA: 4-10 business days after dispatch
- Regional - QLD, NT & WA: 7-14 business days after dispatch
Any estimated delivery times provided are based off information from the courier company. Any delays due the courier company are outside of our control and will need to be followed up with the courier company.
Estimated Shipping Fees:
The shipping fees shown on the product page are an estimate only. Final shipping fees will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you.
We deliver to PO Boxes. However, any orders over 20kg cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Any orders over 20kg or 50cm cubic volume/weight will require a freight quote and may incur additional charges. Once the order has been placed, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone to give an accurate freight cost.
All orders will include a tracking number via email. Customers are expected to receive the tracking number on the day the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Please refer to the courier company website and enter the tracking details to calculate an estimate delivery time-frame. We dispatch orders from our warehouses located at Wetherill Park NSW 2164, Smithfield NSW 2164, Rutherford NSW 2320 or Liverpool NSW 2170.
