UNIMIG 309LSi Stainless Steel MIG wire is for MIG Welding 309 and 309L grade Stainless Steels. It is also used for welding dissimilar metals such as welding stainless steel to mild steel. The wire contains silicon which improves the arc stability and the fluidity within the weld pool when using the GMAW welding process. The wire is vacuum-sealed and supplied on precision layer wound 12.5kg spools.
