Have only had it a few weeks but used it several times daily. Great reel, easy to install, use and by the looks of it, maintain. Recommended.

So far so good

It’s brand new so works perfectly. My Holman hose reel worked well when brand new but wouldn’t fully retract after about 12 months. Ask me in 12 months what I think about the Macnaught. It gets good reviews and Aussie made so expecting it to go the distance.
