The product once received is excellent, however, the customer service from this store was exceptionally poor. A week after I ordered this item I was told there was a delay from their supplier but should be out in 2-6 business days. I tried contacting the store via email and phone a number of times after the 6 business days had passed and received only automated responses. When I finally managed to get hold of someone I was told that there was a delay and this was an issue for the online team and they would send an email to get a response from them. Still no response was received from the online team. I tried contacting again (this was now a full month after I ordered item) and was told it was still coming from the supplier and be a few more days. I asked for a refund and it was only after this, the online team contacted me to tell me the item had arrived and it was being shipped. I don’t think I will be a returning customer simply due to their lack of communication.
