The Metaltech Industrial Disc Sander is a powerful, precision-built machine designed for professional workshops, fabrication shops, and serious tradespeople. Featuring a robust 900W induction motor and a large 305mm (12") sanding disc, this sander delivers smooth, consistent performance for accurate material finishing and edge sanding.

Powered by a 240V / 50Hz direct-drive induction motor, the MTDS300 runs efficiently while providing excellent torque and reliability. The adjustable aluminium work table offers a quick-set 90° design and tilts from 0° to 45°, allowing precise angle sanding for a wide range of applications. A table-mounted 120° mitre guide is included for repeatable, accurate results.

Built on a heavy-duty cast iron motor base, the machine provides outstanding stability and reduced vibration during operation. The integrated manual brake system brings the disc to a rapid stop after power-off, improving safety and productivity. A 52mm dust extraction port allows direct connection to a workshop dust extractor (not included), helping maintain a cleaner work environment.
