It is highly unusual for me to complain, but I am very frustrated. I purchased a $250 gift voucher on 26/11/2024 (almost 2 months ago at the time of writing this review) and have still not received it. I have attempted to liaise with you via your "help"desk on numerous occasions with no success. I will now have to go down the path of contacting Fair Trading. Such a shame when this could have easily been resolved by resending the voucher. Very poor Customer Service... and extra disappointing considering I had to purchase another voucher the next day, so that my son in law had a gift to open from us on his birthday. The second voucher I purchased arrived, but I'm still waiting for the original voucher! I planned to gift the original voucher to my husband for Christmas once it arrived (thinking it would be resolved within a few days) but we're still waiting!! Not happy :(
