Our warehouse will be closed during the Christmas/New Year public holidays but will be open during normal business days. We will be operating on skeleton team so orders may take a little longer to get on their way. Our click and collect service will now be 1 day instead of 1 hour and will return to 1 hour on 5 January.

Shipping Methods:
Tools Warehouse uses various Australian shipping carriers including Australia Post and StarTrack. Most parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Once payment has been processed, orders will be dispatched within approximately 1-2 business days.
Customers must provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm on weekdays to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office or courier collection point will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for the order.
Click & Collect
We offer click and collect for FREE in Sydney from our Wetherill Park warehouse. Your order should be ready in about 1 business day. You'll receive a notification email advising when it's ready to collect.
Pick up address: 5-6 Ormsby Place, Wetherill Park. Go to left-hand roller door. Pick ups available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Dispatch Times:
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Sometimes quicker!
During busy periods, such as Christmas, EOFY, sale events, and public holidays there may be a delay in processing your order.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
- Metro - NSW, VIC & SA: 1-4 business days after dispatch
- Non Metro - NSW, VIC & SA: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Metro - QLD, TAS & WA: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Non Metro - QLD, TAS & WA: 4-10 business days after dispatch
- Regional - QLD, NT & WA: 7-14 business days after dispatch
Any estimated delivery times provided are based off information from the courier company. Any delays due the courier company are outside of our control and will need to be followed up with the courier company.
Estimated Shipping Fees:
The shipping fees shown on the product page are an estimate only. Final shipping fees will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type, weight and location chosen by you.
For non-bulky parcels, we charge a flat rate of $14.95.
Bulky Goods:
We deliver to PO boxes. However, any orders over 20kg cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Any orders over 20kg or 50cm cubic volume/weight will require a freight quote and may incur additional charges. Once the order has been placed, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone to give an accurate freight cost.
Order Tracking:
All orders will include a tracking number via email. Customers are expected to receive the tracking number on the day the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Please refer to the courier company website and enter the tracking details to calculate an estimate delivery time-frame. We dispatch orders from our warehouses located at Wetherill Park NSW 2164.
