When we've sold out of a product and have more stock on its way we'll offer it on pre-order. You can buy now and we'll ship it when it arrives. This is a good way to ensure you get first dips on the new stock as some products sell through really quickly!
Here's how pre-ordering works:
- You'll place your order as normal.
- We'll send you regular order confirmation email. Ignore the stuff about shipping dispatch times.
- We'll send you a quick email confirming the item is on pre-order and the approximate ETA.
- When the stock arrives we'll quickly unpack it and onboard it into the warehouse.
- We'll then dispatch your order as normal via Australia Post, StarTrack, Allied, or Aramex.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If there are any changes to the ETA of the stock we'll be sure to let you know. You'll have the option to continue to wait, to change your order, or opt for a store credit or full refund.
If you order multiple items with some of those items being in-stock, we'll ship the order as one once the pre-order item/s arrive. If you need the other items sooner, please get in touch with our customer service team and we'll help you out.
