Product Overview:
Suitable for welding LED, household appliances, computers, and microelectronic products
Usage:
- When in use, to achieve good welding results, the welded part must have weldability. The surface of the welded metal should be kept clean, and a suitable lead-free soldering iron head should be used.
- After turning on the soldering iron switch, wait for the soldering iron temperature to rise to the required operating temperature before welding.
- The operator's head should be 20 cm away from the solder pad.
- When the soldering iron is not in use, a layer of tin should be coated on it before turning off the power switch.
- The work area should be equipped with suitable air purifiers.
