Metaltech MTBG625L 150mm (6") 450W Industrial Bench Grinder
The Metaltech MTBG625L 150mm (6") Industrial Bench Grinder is designed for grinding, sharpening and general workshop applications. Powered by a 450W copper wound induction motor, this unit operates on 240V / 50Hz supply and is suitable for home workshops, trade use and light industrial environments.
With a no-load speed of 2850 rpm, the MTBG625L is fitted with two 150mm grinding wheels, one coarse (#36 grit) and one medium (#60 grit) providing flexibility for material removal and sharpening tasks.
For user safety, the grinder features a no voltage release (NVR) magnetic safety switch, which helps prevent automatic restart after power interruption. Adjustable protective eye shields are included, along with fully adjustable cast aluminium tool rests, including one with a sharpening angle guide plate.
Additional integrated features include a 12V 10W built-in work light, coolant tray and wheel dressing tool. The unit is fitted with pre-loaded, sealed bearings designed to minimise end play.
