Place bearing between the cones and apply grease via grease gun through grease nipple on end of threaded shaft. Grease will then be internally injected through the bearing efficiently. Quality nylon cones ensure no damage to bearing casing.

Cheap storage solution for OCD types like me

I'm a neat freak when it comes to my shed and these things make my shed even neater. I have 3 sets of these multi use racks and use them for timber and tubing, I have a couple of kayaks on them as well, as well as other long bits and pieces that would usually just lean against the wall. A cheap and smart way of organising stuff to satisfy my OCD.
